Hole Sponsorship at $100 includes a sign and recognition in the program.
This year’s event will be held Wednesday, May 21st at the McCormick Creek
Golf Course in Nappanee, Indiana.
Registration begins at 10:30 am, lunch at 11:30, and tee-off at 12:30 pm.
The cost for this event is only $100. This price includes entry into all events, 18 holes of golf, riding cart, lunch, and a chance to win individual and team prizes.
There will be an awards presentation and raffle directly after golf.

The mission of INSOURCE is to provide parents, families, and service providers in Indiana the information necessary to help assure effective educational programs and appropriate services for children and young adults with disabilities. |
All proceeds from this golf tournament will go toward INSOURCE's many programs that benefit individuals with disabilities and their families. All contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
